Scada Studio

Editions and prices

Scada Studio is licensed per developer and per station, perpetually: buy a seat for each person who uses the designer and a licence for each station that runs the agent, once, with a year of maintenance that can be renewed. No per-client, per-tag or per-month charge: a station serves as many screens and tags as it has. Prices are quoted on request: write to sales@jqwidgets.com.

Editions

Which one is yours

Developer seat

per developer · perpetual

The designer for one named developer: the panel, the diagram, the samples, the exports, publishing to licensed stations. A seat does not license a station.

Station

per station · perpetual

One agent, bound to that station by its fingerprint: every source and driver, unlimited browser clients and tags, the flows on the agent, the audit trail. Activated offline from the station's request.

Enterprise

per site · quoted

Stations and seats for a site, plus what a site needs: users from your identity provider (OpenID Connect), the OPC UA server on every agent, the audit trail's export, the long-term support line, the validation pack for 21 CFR Part 11, priority support.

Community

non-commercial · free

One station with 200 tags and the designer, for learning, a hobby bench or a course; the evaluation line stays on the apps.

Trial

30 days · free

Everything of Enterprise on five stations and five seats for thirty days, from a token issued to your address. Ask for one at support@jqwidgets.com.

Evaluation

no licence

Without any token everything works and says so - the Project menu reads Evaluation and the apps carry a line. Nothing is time-limited or cut down in the software; the terms say what an evaluation may be used for.

How it works

Perpetual, maintained, offline

Perpetual with maintenance

A licence runs every build released up to its maintenance date, forever. A build after it says so and runs as an evaluation: stay on the build you validated, or renew.

Activation without a network

A station prints its activation request; the token that comes back is bound to it. Nothing calls anywhere - no account, no server, no phone-home - which is what an OT network asks. The licensing page has the details.
