What Are the Best Apartments in Karachi for Families?

I’m planning to move with my family and looking for recommendations on the best apartments in Karachi. Safety, schools, and amenities are my top priorities. DHA and Gulshan-e-Iqbal are already on my list — both seem well-established and family-friendly.
I recently came across Mumtaz Residency as well. It’s located in a developing area of  Scheme 33, which is becoming a popular spot for middle to upper-middle-class families. From what I’ve researched, Mumtaz Residency offers:

24/7 security and gated access, which gives peace of mind for families.

Proximity to reputable schools and universities like Bahria Foundation College and Habib University.

Covered car parking, elevators, and backup generators.

A community environment with playgrounds and parks for kids.

It also seems more affordable than DHA or Clifton while still offering modern apartment features. Has anyone here lived in Mumtaz Residency or considered buying there? I’d appreciate real experiences or reviews to help with our decision.
