Auto hide panels may change other panel's width incorrectly

I’ve created a video to reproduce this. From the video, we can see the width of  Team Explorer and the middle panel is incorrect.

Its better to create a code example that reproduces the issue, videos are useful but not so much as a code, because its best to reproduce the problem in order to be able to give you a solution about and additionally there is no link for the video.
