smart-password-text-box does not work on Firefox

It does not render the password text box in Firefox. In some cases other elements that are under the password text box in layout and DOM get affected too.

We are unable to reproduce such behavior with FireFox 67.0.3 (64-bit) and the posted link. OS is Windows 10 if it matters. Everything works as expected and designed.
