Stange empty space between columns

I created a grid and I put a button outside it in order to change the column visibility.

However when I hide some columns a strange empty space appear at both sides of columns.

I tried to investigate this “stange” empty space using developer tools of firefox but it doesn’t have any id and is not present in the DOM.

I was able to reproduce it with a small testcase.

How can I upload it to You ?

P.S.: In order to reproduce show the page and choose Trading or Manifacturing in the right upperside combo.
