    Hi,
I want to buy the SmartHTML library for use Gantt and other functionality; I have test the component and I have some questions:
-I noticed that for large datasource the component is slow in loading and opening the branches of the tree of the Gantt; is there an improvement in the next releases?
-It’s possible to insert a second task in a row? (to represent a delay or a second scheduling)
-It’s possible to change the background color of a day cell of task? (for indicate some particular days with different color)
    Thanks in advance
    Walter

    Hi Walter,
Regarding your questions about the Gantt Chart:
    1. The performance will be improved in the next versions. This is a work item for Q2.
    2. It is possible to have only 1 task per row. For multiple tasks per row, you can consider our Scheduler component.
    3. It is possible to change colors like that: https://www.htmlelements.com/demos/gantt/nonworking-days/

Thank you for the reply Peter,
For the second point, this is expected in a future release? (I see the feature in the Scheduler component, but it would also be interesting for the Gantt, for see the different scheduling like programmed date and the real duration with possible delay(a second task row with the delay)).
For the third point I use the non-working days but the property change all the column of a day, not the single cell of a day of a task row, it’s correct?
    Thank you.
    Walter

    Hi Walter,
    1. It is an unpopular feature for Gantt charts. In some other Gantt tools, it is called “sub-tasking” and when a project is closed, the subtasks are displayed instead of the project’s visual bar. We may probably add it during the process of updating the Gantt.
    2. That is correct. There is no API for styling a specific cell.
