has regression in 4.0 compared to 3.2!
1. open the above demo page
2. select Home (4.0 vs 3.2)
This happens with or without has-three-states. Also in other demos too.
Please review.

You are indeed right. Must have been unintended caching in one of my browsers. I am sorry.
